Troubleshooting
If you experience any issues with the app, please follow the steps below to troubleshoot the problem. If you are unable to resolve the issue, feel free to contact us for help.
Check for Updates
Make sure you are using the latest version of the app. Check the App Store or Google Play Store for updates and install them if available.
App Status Page
Please check our status page to see if there are any ongoing issues with the app, the API or the backend services. Any known issues will be listed on the status page along with updates on the progress of resolving them.
Report the Issue
If available, use the in-app feedback feature to report the issue. This will help us identify the problem and provide a solution.
Also you can report the issue via email to app-feedback@informatik.sexy. Please include as much information as possible, such as the device you are using, the version of the app, and a detailed description of the issue.
